Take Dr. Berg's Body Type Quiz: http://bit.ly/BodyTypeQuiz
Dr. Eric Berg talks about a test for adrenal fatigue. The adrenal fatigue symptoms include insomnia, fatigue, achy, brain fog, low tolerance, breathing issues, sinus, libido, dizzy when standing up. The adrenal gland is the survival gland which helps the body to cope up with stress. Standing up fast or walking up the stairs may cause adrenal exhaustion. Exposure to News, Media, Physical Trauma, Loss can be reasons for adrenal crisis. For adrenal fatigue recovery, give your body some space, go out for a walk which will cause an instant adrenal fatigue treatment.
There is a test you can do on yourself called Raglands. Lie down for several minutes and take your blood pressure. Then stand up and take your blood pressure. Normally the top number (systolic) will raise by 6-10 points. With adrenal fatigue is go lower or might even spike higher.

I've suffered from dizziness when standing for years, sometimes it's so bad I feel like I'm going to pass out
Dr's advice...."well don't stand up to quick then!"
Gee thanks doc , what would I do without you 😂
I already went to alot of doctors regarding my symptoms thats pointing to Adrenal Fatigue, but none of them believed me and just told me I was depressed, have high blood pressure, have anxiety, one even told me I shud see a Psychiatrist cos he said im being a Hypochondriac.
Before all of my symptoms I had GastroEsophagial Reflux, and that caused my severe stress and still causing me to get stressed for three years now.
My symptoms are :
Brain Fog all day everyday, sometimes I forgot I exist and surroundings always feels like im in a dream
Always sleepy, but dont have the motivation to sleep at night
Easily gets out of breath, especially when ascending stairs
Palpitations despite not being aggravated or scared or excited, my heart just pounds so hard and so loud sometimes when im just lying down and relaxing
Random none reason excitement and aggravation, in daytime I always feel sleepy and tired, but sometimes at night when im just lying down my heart just races and I just feel excited ,aggravated, energetic and strong I feel like as if im injected with Adrenaline
Joint pains on elbows, fingers and knees
Unable to tolerate stress that much, I actually quit my job at a call center cos yelling customers on the phone just takes the toll on my mind and me
Buffalo hump, a pad of fat on my nape(lower part of back of the neck)
"Activated" lymph nodes, before the symptoms all of them are unpalpable, now I can feel all of them, none of them grew or shrunk for the past three years, theyre just there
A grade-1 swelling of my right Palatine Tonsil, its been like that for three years now, didnt grew, didnt shrink
Exercise intolerance, I once can tolerate intense heavy lifting, now I get winded easily by lightweights of 12 repetitions, some days are worse to the point that Im almost fainting after the workout and lying down in the couch after the workout feeling like im dying
Body fat consistency and distribution, before all my symptoms the fat on my body looks nice and tight, now its saggy and jiggly and most of it got deposited around my waist and hips.
This sounds like me. I’m having my heart checked now because I have low blood pressure. I did pass out. No one has said what’s wrong. I’ve been in and out of the ER. Pcp has me on anxiety meds, nausea meds, vertigo meds, and salt pills🤦🏻♀️
Your video was great! Extremely informative, What you said about getting outside was a Godsend, it does work. The moment I get outside and start doing something , I start to feel better. Thank you and God bless.
Dr. Berg, I really need to get help/speak to you regarding my situation. I am a cancer patient that showed a relapse recently. I also have an abnormal mammogram. I also have hypothyroidism, and a recent biopsy shows no cancer in my bone marrow, and a lymph node biopsy shows more of a lymph node responding normally but in one test the tissue came buck unknown and inconclusive. My PET scan shows lymphadenopathy, with the lymph nodes all through my lymph system lighting up with cancer. I have been craving orange juice and strawberries nonstop lately. I also have all over body itching. I had a rash appear on my back and stay for 3 days but the itching has not stopped. The hypothyroidism just showed up recently. I also get IVIG infusions every three weeks. I have been trying to do the Ketone therapeutic diet and I am mostly successful except the orange juice cravings. I have continuous night sweats, periodic low grade fevers, the constant itching, fatigue (which recently changed overnight), and I have idiopathic intracranial hypertension. This has created and empty sella. Upon reading about this, and updated information continuously, they are discovering their original thought that the compression of the pituitary gland causes no effect is now false. There are now medical journals that write about the compression of the pituitary gland with out reprieve could cause the pituitary gland to not function properly. This can affect ALL hormones and the thyroid. Since I have had mine compressed, which I have known about for 8 years, should I pursue action to help relieve the pressure on the gland, such as a shunt? I am only currently on a medication that works to help decrease the spinal fluid excess and push to remove it through my kidneys. I am so very frustrated with trying to get insurance to cover treatment and to get a neurologist that has learned the new issues and will help me pursue a shunt. Do you think that my issues (also have irregular cycle for months and other female issues that are idiopathic) could be connected? I have lost 27 lbs on the therapeutic ketone diet, but I have plateaued and now my thyroid tests are showing the hypo thyroid. I realize we are online and you may not want to diagnose anything but I am in need of help. Thank you!!
This video has finally told me what has been wrong with me for the last 15 years, and why my life has gone to hell, and I'm barely make it through each day. I have every single symptom on your list exactly., and how I figured this out is thankfully I have extreme exercise fatigue after any exercise, and I had a friend tell what it is, and I discovered your videos. I can't never thank you enough for these videos, for the first time in many years I see some hope for myself again. God bless you
I have been figuring out adrenal fatigue too for 3 years now, and every year symptoms gets worse.
First the brain fog, at first it was just a temporary "detachment" from reality, lasts for like an hour something, now I have it everyday all the time, sometimes I forgot that I exist and the surroundings always feels like im in a dream.
Second is my tolerance to exercise, I once can tolerate intense heavy weightlifting, now I get winded from lightweights of 12 repetitions. Some gym sessions are worse to the point that im so winded Im almost passing out and laying at home after a workout feels like im dying.
Third is severe drowsiness and fatigue, and just a general feeling of tired everyday.
Fourth is how my body fat looks and distributed, before the alleged adrenal fatigue, my body fat looks nice and tight, now its jiggly and saggy and most are deposited on my waist and hips.
Im 44 years old and this adrenal fatigue punches me hard. Every month, for an entire 11 days before I start..im useless, almost bedridden for those 11 days. I appreciate your advice and started keto diet 3 weeks ago, hoping this will help me.
One of the ways I got thru a severe family situation was to ask myself "what part did I play in this situation?" Answers like "I let it escalate to this point", "I don't have all the answers", "live and let live". Simple remedies for my sadness, anger and sanity.
I think i have reactive hypoglucmia. Ate And im only 17! Ate this morning and had a 8.0 within 2 hours dropped to a 3.8 However i know 100% i have adrenal fatigue. I also have extremely irregular periods. If i correct my adrenal will that help/cure these problems?
Formula For The Creation Of Adrenal Fatigue:
1. Stagnant energy = Repressed emotion
2. Repressed emotion = traumatic experiences
3. Traumatic experiences = mental, emotional pain, physical discomfort, and energetic imbalance. Couple this with dietary issues and lifestyle patterns and adrenal fatigue can manifest.
When 7:54 started, I started laughing uncontrollably, that type of thinking is not even close to the amount I have all the time without dedicating focus. I found a clue as to what I should be focusing on now.
Ok I went to the Ra doc yesterday to make it short I got this reply I don't know I cant help you Im so sick of spending all this money on drugs that is just killing me inside I need help .if its not one thing its another.
Thank you for the part about "space." Also, one thing I did to shut off negative noise in my head--it was all related to one person who was not physically present in my life but never left my mind--was to use Dr. Caroline Leaf's method to destroy negative thoughts and replace them with good ones. It took about three months but really worked and is something that can be used daily. It's in her book called Switch On Your Brain but she has an online program (must purchase) where she guides you daily, step by step. It lasts twelve months. I found it useful and worth the cost. Just thought I'd mention that in case you know anyone who might need it and in case anyone watching might need it. I very much appreciate your videos!
Hi doc does having constant low BP eg: 108/80 that stays low no matter whether you’re sitting standing or lying indicate adrenal fatigue? Along this I also have fibromyalgia, dizzy spells no patience etc
In the past 6 months I've been extremely stressed out and my kidneys have shut down twice. Now my moms are starting to since her mom died and my youngest aunt and uncle are making thing hell. They did nothing but feel they deserve everything. So it's possibly the stress causing it?
This is much better than cat videos. Yes. When one realizes the immense problems brought on by our criminal government officials, one's tolerance and love for self-centered stupid voters will drop to the same level as crab bait. Stuck here for 40 years.
I was an RN for 44 years. Now disabled with Lupus and a laundry list of other "tags." I resist taking pharmaceuticals. Unless absolutely necessary. I was always taught the BP series (laying, sitting, standing) was to check for orthostatic changes which could indicate dehydration. I'm sure it could indicate multiple conditions but that was the main thing we used it for. I like Cindi W have lost faith in Big pharma medicine. They don't cure anything unless it's a broken leg or surgery for something. I want to get to the bottom of my lupus and am making progress. Long journey, 5 years now. 1000's of hours of research. Too bad the majority of insurance backed care is medication/money.
Yes I agree about the time your body decides to sleep if you fight it u will overcome opportunity and wake up. I work a nurse in shift work I know about circadian cycles and the other dumb a** nurses look at me like I'm some hippie. Your body tell u something needs to done. Body WANTS to heal if u give it the chance to
Well, I served 10 years active duty army with 3 tours. Two Iraq, one Afghanistan. My addrenaline was jacked for many years and it was like steering a 6,000 horsepower nhra drag car. I have all those symptoms and melasma. Plus some weight gain. I'm diagnosed severe PTSD and I also have TBI. Adrenal burnout makes total sense. I've taken alot of meds that didn't work and now take nefazadone. I've also had two stellate ganglion blocks. They helped for a short time but I think each helped sorta reset my adrenal response. Took four years after medical discharge of constant therapy, yoga Nidra, meditation, pills, and isolation from exposures that would feed my hyper arousal. I been in full out gun fights and targeted by explosions. Been targets of snipers and engaged in killing the enemy. Your video is spot on from my standpoint.
Lambs quarter is a sort of sea vegetable, is tastes like spinach. A great source of iron! Helped me with my system. Spinach seems to have starch based and is a hybrid food, so it is not competable with the body..
Dr. Berg on that table is me "Whoa Betsy.......help me!" Lol I am the ultimate adrenal fatigue patient......reactive hypoglycemia, panic attacks, celiac disease, depression, malnutritioned, HAIR stopped growing, can't drive, social phobia, ADHD, and OCD. Not one doctor has been able to diagnose me with anything 😥
Reishi mushroom powder, cordyceps powder, and fo-ti root combined with going to bed before 10 pm will cure you of adrenal fatigue. Also, for men, they must stop ejaculating and learn to control and recirculate sexual energy instead of wasting it everyday. The multi-orgasmic man by Mantak Chia is excellent for the technique to recirculate sex energy. Had adrenal fatigue... now I don't have adrenal fatigue. I couldn't make it to noon without my eyes closing. I literally couldn't keep my eyes open anymore. Now it's like it never existed.
The best thing you can do when suffering from Adrenal fatigue is to go outside and realize you live in Africa where there is lions out! lol sorry couldn't resist! But seriously you are right. When i get stress, i love to go for a walk.
Thank you doctor, God bless you well.. i'm 25 yrs, I went to doctor and told him that i am having all this issue.. he told me that its may be because u have less vit D and second consulted doctor told me you have cholesterol in the border level so blood is not flowing well so u r feeling tired.. Every time they were checking my BP lying down, hemoglobin and thyroid and Glucose test.. everything is fine.. so end of the day they loaded me with so much of Vit D and calcium tablets without K2 so no improvement.. Thank u agian
I have also gone to alot of doctors with my symptoms too, fatigue, easily gets out of breath, tired, sleepy, exercise intolerance, and body fat distribution discrepancy. No doctor believed me, they just told me I was depressed, Im not even sad. I think Naturopaths wud be the best choice for things like this, doctors they only believe what they studied in college that is in the medical books, they will not believe you.
Primary cause of adrenal fatigue........CAFFEINE. In most cases, it is not just that you are drinking coffee. It is that you are drinking too much, then not getting any vegetables and little or no hard exercise. Simply reduce the caffeine, and get regular exercise, and eat lots of vegetables. Quick frozen mixed bag of organic veges is my favorite. But I also use a vitamix blender or a bowl and chopper. Chopper found at Target. If you do this right, you will not need any coffee at all as coffee is bad for your digestion.
Maybe reduce news consumption down to 15 minutes a day to reduce its effect on your health. The constant bombardment of negative information a great influence on your nervous system. TV is like electronic junk food.
I am 34 years old and I have been battling for years, between mood disorders infertility thyroid issues iron and vitamin deficiencies and after multiple diagnoses, from bipolar to PCOS, fibromyalgia, sleep disorders multiple miscarriages I have had enough! I am so disappointed with conventional western medicine, I have had such negative experiences with medication being prescribed for illnesses that are diagnosed merely by subjective assumptions and follow no real criteria. I today thank you for giving me a bit of hope and hopefully this will open up doors for me to take better care of my body!
Everything that Dr. Berg describes in all of his adrenal videos is dead on. It's almost too easy! The irony is that I asked all of my doctors what the consequences of my adrenalectomy would be and they all assured me that my remaining adrenal would 'pick up the slack'. Unfortunately keeping the gland was a death sentence so I had to have it removed. In the end, I knew this was a possibility and the 'medical professionals' are the ones who are in denial. They really don't like saying, "I don't know", even if it's the truth.
I went off coffee for about 3 weeks..... had a first cup after that and I swear.....was high off my chair (euphoric sense of well being) for about 10mins.....really made me realize that coffee (caffeine) is indeed a powerful drug...
I went to alot of doctors for almost a year and none of them knew anything. I had to go to a Naturopathic doctor to be diagnosed for adrenal fatigue. Its sad that this isn't recognized yet. The more I read about this, more I think this is a precursor to so many other major medical issues like heart problems, diabetes, immune system deficiency, inflammation. But people have to recognize that they have it and be in tune with their bodies. I have over 20 years of experience in powerlifting, I know how my body should react during each training cycle, when I was keeping fat and holding excessive amounts of water, I knew something was up. And the brain fog was a dead give away.
Cud u tell me more about ur case?
It seems like we have the same symptoms, and I also went to alot of doctors and told them I think I have some sort of adrenal insuffeciency or something because I always feel drowsy, out of breath and tired.
I used to tolerate intense heavy weightlifting, now I get out of breath easily and my strength is reduced.
And the way my body fat was distributed and looks, its different now, it was once tight and nice looking, now its jiggly and saggy. And more noticeable fat deposit on my waist and hips.
I also have severe brain fog that sometimes I forgot that im alive and the surroundings is real, I always feel like im in a dream.
I told doctors about these and told them to check me for adrenal problems and none believed me and just said its just depression, im not even depressed.
Erectile dysfunction is a very common condition, one which affects most men at some point in their lives. The most popular treatment for it is Viagra, which means there are an awful lot of men out there trying to buy the medicine.
However, it is not always obvious how and where you can buy Viagra, especially as erectile dysfunction and how to obtain treatment for the condition are unlikely to be topics you discuss with your mates down the pub. So, for those looking for a bit of guidance, here are some tips on where and how to buy Viagra safely: Where can I buy Viagra?
