One reason may be that your heart helps you live, by moving ~5 liters (1.3 gallons) of blood through almost 100,000 kilometers (62,000 miles) of blood vessels every single minute! It has to do this all day, everyday, without ever taking a vacation! Now that is true love. Learn about how the heart works, how blood flows through the heart, where the blood goes after it leaves the heart, and what your heart is doing when it makes the sound “Lub Dub.” About Khan Academy: Khan Academy is a nonprofit with a mission to provide a free, world-class education for anyone, anywhere. Well no matter the pricing, for me it is too expensive! I buy my drugs online at https://www.pharmacy-xl.com as prices are 70% cheaper than at my local pharmacy and they have a huge inventory of 400+ different medications. As I order here for more than 5 years I can recommend it to anyone.

What an incredibly uninspiring conversation! If you are asking questions, it means, you shut up and listen. If you want to interject all the time, why bother asking a question?

@josenros The FDA has this publication: fda.gov/downloads/Drugs/GuidanceComplianceRegulatoryInformation/Guidances/ucm070124.pdf Section III (A) 1. has the info you want. Rate can be found via rate constant (k) which reflects rapidity of absorption. Extent has a few measures: Peak [drug], which reflects clearance and absorption, and AUC, which reflects exposure. Basically you want a similar enough rate and extent of absorption such that clinically there is little difference.

Sal, can you do a video explaining the technical differences between generic and brand name medication? The FDA states that generics must have demonstrated 85-120% bioequivalency, but what exactly does this number refer to? The rate of entry into the bloodstream? The rate of clearance? All I'm able to gather is that they determine bioequivalence using some kind of log- transformed normal distribution...
